These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence are not affected.
The service
QuotedWrong scans how AI assistants describe a software company's pricing and compares the sampled claims with dated first-party facts.
Free scans are machine-extracted observations from a defined sample. They are provisional and unverified, and do not establish that an assistant is consistently wrong.
The paid audit
The human-reviewed audit is a one-time purchase of €149 or $149. One currency is shown at checkout based on your location. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.
The audit covers one company and domain, one country and language, and the defined sampled question and platform scope. It is point-in-time and limited to its stated platforms, models, countries, languages, prompts, and dates.
After payment the planned responses are collected and a person reviews each comparison against your first-party sources. We email you when the report is ready, within 3 business days of payment.
The audit does not include unlimited monitoring, guaranteed corrections, or universal coverage across consumer interfaces. We do not guarantee that any AI answer will change.
Correction briefs
Correction briefs are drafts for your review. QuotedWrong never sends a correction to a platform, publisher, or public channel without your explicit approval.
Acceptable use
Scan and audit domains you own or are authorized to represent. Do not use findings to misrepresent another company.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by email. Write to [email protected] before the review of your audit starts, and we will refund the payment in full.
Your account page shows the status of each audit. Review has started once the status reads In review.
If the report is not delivered within 3 business days of payment, we refund the payment in full on request.
Liability
QuotedWrong reports observed AI outputs and compares them with cited first-party sources. It does not determine intent, negligence, legal liability, platform-policy violations, or future model behavior.
